Encourage all local communities in Massachusetts to establish formal broadband strategies.
Advocate for strategy development without bias toward specific technology, business model or policy solutions.
Learn status of in-state local projects
Propose actions or policies at the state level to support community efforts to stimulate local broadband deployment.
 
Hear experiences from communities across Massachusetts who are creating bold plans, adopting policies and undertaking innovative public/private partnerships to extend and enhance local broadband infrastructure. Find out what's working and what needs more work.
